By booking a Patch Bar Party with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the non-refundable deposit for your reservation. Please read carefully.
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your Patch Bar Party booking. The deposit amount is applied to your total party cost and must be paid at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If the party is canceled, rescheduled, or the booking is otherwise modified, the deposit will not be returned. The deposit secures your reserved time and party spot, and we are unable to refund this payment once it has been processed.
3. Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel your Patch Bar Party, the deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule, please contact us within 48 hours of your party date. Rescheduling may be subject to availability. Please understand that this policy is in place to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients fairly.
4. Party Balance
The remaining balance for the party (excluding the deposit) is due on the day of the event. We accept various forms of payment, and your final balance must be settled before the Patch Bar Party ends.
5. Changes to Booking
If you need to make any changes to your booking, such as adjusting the number of guests or altering party details, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled party time.
6. No Shows
In the event that the party is not attended by the scheduled booking party (i.e., a no-show), the non-refundable deposit will not be returned, and no alternative date or refund will be provided.
7. Legal Compliance
This booking is governed by the laws of the state of Texas. By booking a Patch Bar Party, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes or claims arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Williamson County, Texas.
8. Waiver of Liability
By booking the Patch Bar Party, you and your guests agree to hold Beau Kisses harmless from any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the party, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Guests are expected to follow all safety guidelines provided by Beau Kisses during the event.
9. Agreement to Terms
By submitting your deposit and completing the booking process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. Your deposit constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
