RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may ONLY be returned for a Gift Card Code (Store Credit) within 14 days of receiving your order. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs for an unapproved return to be shipped back to you
If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition, with hang tags intact. ALL SALES FINAL ON EARRINGS, HAIR ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING HATS), NECESSITIES and SOCKS. THIS IS FOR HYGIENIC PURPOSES AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE ITEMS.
All SALE items SEASONAL ITEMS and MONOGRAMMED and FOOD RELATED items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Please note the tracking number if applicable.
A Gift Card Code (Store Credit) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
TO MAKE A RETURN
Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Print the Return Form, complete it and include it inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.
RETURN FORM
Once your package is received please allow 5-7 business days for our Return’s Department to process your return.
A Gift Card Code (Store Credit) will then be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
EXCHANGES
Due to our limited quantities per unique style, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, we will be happy to issue you a Gift Card Code (Store Credit) for your return, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your code to purchase that item.
