Free Shipping Applies to all regular priced items for orders totalling $100 pre-tax.  All other orders, including sale and clearance items are shipped with our new flat rate shipping of $8.00.*

Beau Kisses will ship your items within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 4PM Central Time may not be processed until the next business day.  

All items are shipped "best" as determined by our online shipping service.  

*Some items may not qualify for flat rate shipping due to their size and/or weight.  Shipping will default to the calculated rate by our shipping providers.  

 

 

Return Policy

ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY

We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s the scoop on online order returns:

HOW RETURNS WORK

Returns are for store credit only in the form of a Gift Card Code—no refunds, no exceptions.

  • You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to send it back. After that, it’s yours to keep!

If your return doesn’t meet the criteria below, we’ll kindly ship it back to you (on your dime). If you choose not to cover return shipping, your item will be donated after 30 days.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (no stains, no smoke smells, no pet hair—basically, just as fabulous as when you got it).

In its original condition, with tags still attached.

FINAL SALE ITEMS (NO EXCEPTIONS!)

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
❌ Earrings
❌ Hair accessories (including hats)
❌ Necessities (think undergarments)
❌ Socks
❌ Food-related products (because, let’s be real, no one wants a secondhand snack)

For policy reasons, these items are also FINAL SALE:
❌ Sale items
❌ Seasonal merchandise
❌ Monogrammed items or personalized items

HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN

  1. Make sure your return meets the criteria above.
  2. Print and complete our Return Form (found below).
  3. Pack up your item(s) with the Return Form and send it our way!
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping fees, so keep that tracking number handy!

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Your Gift Card Code (store credit) will be emailed to the address used at checkout.

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

Because our styles are limited and sell fast, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, we’re happy to issue you a Gift Card Code (store credit) for your return. If the size or style you need is still available, you can use your store credit to purchase it!

Need a different size ASAP? We recommend reordering right away to secure your item, then sending back your original purchase for store credit.

ORDER ISSUES?   

If you received:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 3 business days so we can make it right! Once confirmed, we’ll work to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
