RESIDENT CHEF SPICY JALAPENO RICE

This easy-to-prepare rice blend is full of spicy flavor and will keep you coming back for more. It is our top-selling rice blend and is wonderful when blended with poultry, sausage, vegetables, or shellfish. The Resident Chef loves it as a side dish for grilled salmon, but the possibilities are endless!   Directions: Combine rice and seasoning mix with 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Bring the mix to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
